A six-month curriculum-based program geared towards the development of soft, social, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.  Facilitated by an iYO-trained moderator, iYP prepares participating youth with fundamental skills, exposes them to a variety of experiences and opportunities, and establishes meaningful relationships with mentors.
